[As for that first aid kit, he goes looking for it a little, though only around the kitchen. It doesn't seem worth the effort of running off, since Tokage seems to be doing all right.]

Haven't heard about him. Or seen him, really. Which might say something in his favour. I was married to this guy I never saw, do you know how weird that was? Mimio? Or something, it makes me want to stay far away from the landlord.
( but aaaa, you see, Saki is becoming an increasingly favourite topic here, not only is it cute, and keeps Kida a few steps away from romance, it also make the mood so much nicer. And, therefore, the empathy way easier to bear )
