Tokage here sprouts a lovely pair of -- assets. Hard to miss, really!
After all, Tokage is a spirit possessing a girl's body. Still, that isn't the same as identifying as such, meaning that I'll use male pronouns.
Your character is more than welcome to refer to him as they see fit because the silly lizard here isn't really rankled by being stuck in a high-school girl's body. Every now and then he might even switch pronouns himself depending on the situation and whether or not he is thinking of the body's former ..owner.
(and feel free to tell me here what kind of gender your character assumes he is!)
